Our latest house building project is in Saltdean, East Sussex. At present there is a 1930’s bungalow that was originally built for Butlins as a holiday chalet back in the day. In its place we are creating a bespoke Art deco property, with Saltdean having a lot of artdeco buildings it felt the right design to go for and we love the style, It will still have a modern twist to it.

The doors to the 3 front balconies will be bi-folding but done in a crittal style to go with the era. The ground floor will have polished concrete flooring, With the back of the house being structural glazing so hardly any lines with plenty of light coming in. The new property will be more than twice the floor space as the original one with views to the Sea and Telscombe tye.
