The exterior of the hotel hadn’t been painted for a few years and with the crossrail and other building projects going on in Charterhouse Square it was covered in a fine dust.

Using a 27M access lift we washed down then painted all the masonry work and the 111 windows. It was preferable to use this method to prevent guests having unsightly scaffolding outside their windows. Once we had finished the hotel looked transformed, it now shines out brightly in Charterhouse Square.
